Elite will take a limited number of Merriam turkey hunters for the 2008 season. Guided and unguided hunts will be offered. Archery and shotgun hunts are both available. Only 2 guided hunters and 2 unguided hunters will be booked for 2008. Due to the late date, the 2008 hunts are being offered at cut-rate prices!
The hunts will be conducted in the Sacramento Mountains of central New Mexico. The Sacramento Mountains are formidable terrain. Hunters will need to be able to hike in the mountains to be successful on this hunt.
Each hunter can harvest two turkeys on this hunt.
The majority of the hunting will be conducted in the White Mountain Wilderness Area. Elite has secured agreements with several ranches which will allow access to remote portions of the Wilderness Area.
Accommodations and meals are included on guided and unguided hunts. You will stay in a modern 4-bedroom lodge located adjacent to the Wilderness. Visit The Lodge. Field transportation will be provided for guided hunts. Airport service is available into Albuquerque, NM.

Hondo Ranch
New for 2008.
Elite will take 2 guided Merriam turkey hunters on the Hondo Ranch for the 2008 season. Archery and shotgun hunts are both available.
The Hondo Ranch consists of almost 6,000 acres in the foothills of the Sacramento Mountains. The terrain is mostly rolling hills covered sporadically with juniper, pinon pine and ponderosa pine.
An excellent population of Merriam turkeys live on the ranch. Until this year, they have never been hunted. This inaugural season is the ground-floor opportunity to harvest a whopper Merriam gobbler. The hunts will offer high quality as well as quantity. Due to the late offering, the hunts are being offered at awesome, first-year prices.
Each hunter can harvest a total of two turkeys on this hunt.
Accommodations are provided at a modern house located on the ranch. Meals are also included.
Four-wheelers will be provided for field transportation on the ranch. Airport service is available into Albuquerque, NM.2008 Prices
